Didn't really cover the grayI had two concerns, one was gray coverage and another brassy or pulling red/orange like my hair does. The hair around my face which had the product on the longest didn't get the gray coverage I expected and where it did color looks mighty coppery for a "cool" color. Time will tell how many washing the color lasts through. My hair did not feel soft when I was done even after using the conditioner that came with it. On my order, I did specify that my hair pulled orange and didn't receive any feedback before my order shipped. I’m not sure.I’m not sure if I wasn’t clear on what my desired color was supposed to be, or if I was sent the wrong colors, but I’m very disappointed in how it turned out, I loved the packaging, I loved the kit, I loved how the instructions were clear, but this might be a dealbreaker to go through all the effort and time to have it look nothing like what I wanted it to be. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
