Something has changed!I have loved eSalon hair coloring and have always had great results up until the last shipment. I have my hair dye on auto ship for every 10 weeks and I can normally go over those 10 weeks without noticing my gray showing before the next coloring. With the new formula, my gray is already showing and my next shipment has not even been shipped out yet. The product is not lasting as long on this new formula. I have added the hair tent to my order in case this happens with the next shipment. But, I will not continue to order the product if it is not going to cover my gray like it did before this last shipment. The benefit of coloring my hair myself is to save money. With me having to buy the color plus the hair tent, I may as well have it professionally done in a salon and not have to worry about doing it myself. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Not quite what I was hoping forI was really looking forward to a rich Dark purple/ blackish, But it ended up more red/brown with a tiny tiny tint of purple ... usually I’m blown away with the results of my colours but this time I was disappointed :( 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Salon results at home!I love this product! I wanted to go from a bright ultra vibrant red to a dark brown with purple undertones. The colour specialist emailed me the day after I signed up and asked a few more questions based off the pictures I uploaded as she was concerned about the results I wanted. This floored me; especially when she said it may not be the product I’m looking for. I assured her I was not wanting vibrant purple and she went ahead and mixed my colour. It's exactly what I wanted in my new colorI asked for a revision in my color, from Dark Brown to a slightly lighter Dark Brown with a hint of red. It was absolutely perfect, just what I had hoped for. It looks very natural and vibrant and in the sun I just shine. My daughter asked who I went to for the color and I told her "My go-to color source, E Salon!" She didn't believe me, although I have been using you for years. She couldn't believe my color was that good without going to a brick and mortar salon as she does. I told her the price and she just stared.
