My hair was fried afterwardsI have colored my hair several times with this formula and had experienced some dryness afterwards but nothing major. This time my hair was fried afterwards and it took several hair masks to repair the damage. colour was completely offI ordered this and was excited to try it out. Answered all the questions, sent in a photo of my hair style/colour. It took a while to arrive and I finally tried it out. Immediately as it reacted on my hair I could tell it was way too dark. I washed it out after 15mins (reco time was 30) to avoid it getting too dark. The colour is so wrong. It's dark brown, almost black and I had requested a warm med brown. Also, the fumes almost made me pass out. I will never use this again or trust ordering it online. The color I've been looking for!!This is the perfect color! I've been searching for this color for years! With all it's gold copper highlights on an ash mahogany base it's the closest thing to my natural hair color. I've been experimenting with eSalon Demi permanent colors for a few months while in search of a color I would feel comfortable wearing permanently, and this is it!! Way easier than I thought!I just wanted a good color match to cover my grey roots but I was afraid that I would get the color wrong or I would burn my hair and scalp or something else diasterous would happen and NONE OF IT DID! The color match was perfect, the communication and directions were great and I knew exactly what to do and how to do it. eSalon made it really easy to follow and provided everything I needed to do the job completely. I didn't even have the dye ring around my scalp that I usually do when I leave the salon ( due to the stain guard and clean up toilette they provided)- everything was perfect and every last detail was thought of!
