Perfect matchThe color I chose was a perfect match to my hair!! And, while the root touch--up wasn't as easy as my aesthetician makes it look, it wasn't horrible either!! I rinsed it out, shampooed, conditioned, and was worried when it felt heavy and goopy--turns out I didn't get it all rinsed by leaning over the tub. Thank you, Callie C., for listening!I cannot thank you enough for helping with the mess I was left with after a salon hair coloring. The roots were not only the worst shade of orange, I have dark brown hair, but was left with the orange stain all around my face! (Supposedly one of the premier salons in my area.) I wasn't able to send a picture, but she listened to my concerns from online contact and honestly, was able to completely correct the coloring and give me back my normal brown hair. Must tryAs someone who is constantly looking for the best color I can get for the best price I can get, this was a great decision. I loved my color they gave me but I wanted it a little different, and just like that- they changed it for my next shipment with a cute lil graph to show me what they changed.
