Love My Hair Color and the Customer ServiceI am sorry I waited so long to try eSalon. Working with a colorist is fantastic! My first color was a little warm and when I contacted them by Email they adjusted it to fit exactly what I wanted. Application is so easy and no smell like OTC hair color. Medium brown custom haircolorLove this color system. In the past, I had used over the counter Clairol and Loreal hair dye. Both left my hair dry and brittle.
