Great product and companyI think the color is great. The only problem is that it doesn't completely cover around the ears. I'm on oxygen and use a cannula and my husband is the one who applies the color. Being a retired hairstylist myself I think he's scared to put much there because he's afraid that itll stain my skin. I've told him not to worry about it. Anyway. I think it makes the color look more natural. Thank you for making my color to my specs, and changing it up after I do the surveys. The color is perfect!!!!Mindy was able to send me a color that perfectly matches my natural color and it did a great job covering my grays. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is because I didn't have quite enough conditioner to cover my hair after the coloring was done. There was plenty of shampoo, but I have long hair and the conditioner didn't quite give me the coverage that I would have liked. FadingI know it's normal for color to fade. However, I'm not really happy with the extreme fading for my all over color. I'm concerned that when I redo my roots, that my root area there is going to be an extreme color difference, between my all over color, with fresh root color??
