Love my personal red copper colour mix!!I absolutely love my most recent colour. The colour mix I usually get is red copper, and my natural colour is a medium to dark brown hair. Think carefully and research before you buy!For the second time I have had my hair ruined by eSalon, I expected the colour I chose to be lighter than my natural dark brown. Not only did it not lighten my hair at all it left a red tinge on it, certainly not the golden brown colour shown on the website. Had I previously dyed my hair I could perhaps understand, but my hair was completely natural, the company is not transparent about the products and gives expectations they have no hope of achieving. I was told after contacting them that my hair will not lift using the colour as it is dark brown, why oh why then are they offering me a colour that has no hope of working!
