didn't feel "customized"as you can see, my roots are darker than the rest of my hair. i wanted an all over, one color look, but the colors sent to me for roots and ends were the same color, and now my roots are still darker. didn't feel like a customized color process after all was said and done. i really like the color my ends came out, but i'm highly disappointed with the roots. 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. ColorNo estoy contenta porque no es cobre, es un tipo de castaño con tono cobre. Es muy oscuro y no se parece a la foto que me habéis mandado cuando hice el cuestionario. No está mal el color pero le falta el brillo, no es cobre. En la sección mis fotos la ultima foto que subí, es la de después de teñirme. Too DarkHello, The color ended up being to dark in comparison to the rest of my hair and created an obvious separation of the new roots and my fading highlights it didn't blend in naturally. Also after washing it the tone turned really red, and in pictures my hair looked burgundy. I was thrilled!I could not believe how nice this hair color is. I have been going to a salon for years spending a fortune and this color is nicer than what I get in the salon. The shine and condition is perfect. My colorist was very prompt in responding to my emails and answering questions also. My only comment is - I had some trouble sectioning my hair and getting to all the roots. I would have liked a more detailed tutorial on how to do this but I guess it takes practice. Finally found what I was looking forI started dying my own hair due to the fact that I had to go to a salon every 2 1/2 weeks to cover my grays, every time 200 bucks.. Color, blow dry, tip, forget about it!! I came across an add for ESalon so I thought why not.. I am so glad I went for it!! I love their products!!! I have told every woman in my family to try it, even if it’s just once. ESalon makes it so easy for you that anyone can do it. I’ve been getting my hair done since my teens, I’m in my 40s and I love the outcome of doing it myself. Oh and you know how I had to color my hair every 2 1/2 - 3 weeks, now I do my hair once a month and only have to go in for a haircut. I will continue to use this product going forward, I really do love it!! You have to try it!!! Even once!!
