First product use - very happy with resultsFrom the first moment I contacted esalon to order my hair colour I have been impressed with the exceptional service. Although I had my reservations about having to dye my roots at home, as I’m unable to visit my regular hairdresser to due to the current lockdown, I was reassured after a call from the colourist to check that the product that would be prepared for me would be perfect and I am happy to report that it has blended well with my existing colour and that I will be continuing to place orders during the lockdown and beyond to extend the time between my visits to the hairdresser. wonderful product; not the best color matchThis product is wonderful and the detailed instructions were spot on! While the color is very pretty, it was too dark. TOO DARKThis is the second time I ordered this color and I loved it the first time. It had dimension and very little red. This time when I used it, it was extremely dark, practically black with ALOT of red undertone, which is not what I wanted at all. I contacted their customer service and they said someone would be with me soon. But I haven't heard anything back. Did Not Work!I was pretty clear with my colorist about how stubborn my grays are, but it doesn't appear that any modifications were done to my custom instructions or the custom color to make the color adhere better, or at least to lengthen the processing time to allow time for stubborn grays to go away. I followed the directions, exactly, and afterwards, as soon as I was done washing my hair, I went to the mirror to check the results, and....huge disappointment! I still have gray showing, crystal clear, at my temple areas, and those were the areas I covered first, just to give them longer before rinsing. DissapointedI did not get anything close to what I asked fot, i said my hair was dark brown with carmel to lighter highlights, and I get grey easy, and that I needed to cover grey now, they sent me just a dark brown for my roots only, that will do nothing for me. I needed to color my whole head to cover the grey, and what about my highlights, I didnt get my Argon oil, I paid %14 for it, Id like to send the box back, and cancel future orders, sorry this wont wonk for me. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
