Amazing product and CompanyI purchased my color in Feb for the first time. I was not happy with the color as I wanted a little brighter red in it. Not only did the company give me full credit but I talked with one of the stylist and worked with her successfully get the correct color. Product is easy to work with and the instructions very clear. I love this stuff!I love it because if you don't like the color, they will adjust it and if it doesn't cover gray very well they will adjust that too. Great natural looking color and long lasting. Fantastic!I have looked at eSalon for at least six months trying to decide if I should try it or not. Then I went to a hair stylist who colored my hair and I hated it, so I figured I couldn't do worse with eSalon, plus it was much less expensive. I got my kit and it was easy to follow the instructions. I haven't ever dyed my own hair before, so I was a bit nervous. But it turned out perfectly. It is the color I have always wanted, just to brighten up my own. Much better than my last experience at the hair salon.
