Great advise and quality products.This is a great concept for DIY hair color. It looks so natural with no color build-up like the boxed store brands. I love the gray coverage now. The first couple of times I applied this color the stubborn grays in my temple area did not get coverage. But Danielle advised me to keep applying the color several times while color was processing on those areas and it worked. She also adjusted my color. I like the experienced professional support I get from them. The shampoo and conditioner packets that come with the color kit are awesome.
