First timer!I have been quite pleased with my color, though it took a few days or more to get used to the color change, having been blonde most of the last 40 years. All my friends and family have raved about the color so I guess you pretty much nailed it. I love the shampoo and conditioner! And I really like the product used to boost the color. Even my roots have been slow to show themselves despite cutting every four weeks. Thanks for the convenience of this service. LOVE!`Finally perfect shade of chocolate! I thought it too dark in the beginning but then it evened out and toned down. The color really lasts! I thought I was not going to be able to wear permanent hair color because I chemically straighten my hair, however, I have opted not to straighten it because my hair just looks so youthful and lovely!
