BeautifulI sent a picture and actually picked a darker color for my highlighted hair to return closer to my natural brown. I haven't done my own hair in 20 + years. To say the least I was a bit hesitant. Vanessa was my consultant and sent an email saying she thought a little lighter color would be a better match. I couldn't be happier! Love the colorAt first I was hesitant, but then I read the reviews and it is 100% guaranteed so I decided and went for it...I'm very satisfied with the color I chose although it was the same one I had and it came out gorgeous, my problem was my roots since I have lots of grays (ouch) but it came out really nice, it did cover my grays and overall very pretty and also happy with the quality of the products...give it a try, you won't regret. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. First timer!I have been quite pleased with my color, though it took a few days or more to get used to the color change, having been blonde most of the last 40 years. All my friends and family have raved about the color so I guess you pretty much nailed it. I love the shampoo and conditioner! And I really like the product used to boost the color. Even my roots have been slow to show themselves despite cutting every four weeks. Thanks for the convenience of this service.
