The color is great and it's easier and cheaper than going to the salon.I really like having the ability to color my hair at 10pm if I need to and not spending a couple of hours at the salon. Love this product!Tried esalon on a whim because I just couldn't find the exact color I was looking for. My work has very strict guidelines on hair color and it has to be JUST RIGHT. My first order, I fell in love, but it was the orders after that where I truly became a convert. I asked for small tweaks to my color and they were awesome, getting it to the point where I actually said, "it's PERFECT!" after my last color. Don't get me wrong, it was great the first time, but great wasn't good enough for esalon. I also love that they give you TWO pairs of gloves so you can take off the dirty ones while you wait for the color to set.
