Love your product!I’ve been a consistent, very satisfied customer since 2014. I love the custom color mixed just for me, and the fact that this formula doesn’t dry my hair out or have other harsh effects as store box color sometimes does. I have more grey, obviously, than I did in 2014 so I don’t color my hair quite as often as I did then. But even with that, the color is very natural looking, and my hair absorbs the color in a way that reflects the natural variations in color it already has, so I’m always very happy with the result.
