Just what I neededI usually have my hair professionally colored every 5-6 weeks. Unfortunately, due to the Covid Pandemic, I am unable to meet up with my hair colorist for my scheduled appointment. Walking around with my grey roots is not something I want to do and so I found out about eSalon via Youtube. I was skeptical at first, but saw such positive reviews through different Youtube people that I decided to try it. Product came in a lovely box and personalized just for me. The results are wonderful. Although it was difficult to color my own hair (mostly the back of it), the final outcome was great. My hair looked shiny and 99% of my greys were covered. The other 1% that wasn't covered, was due to, accidently applying some of the protection staining cream, onto my temple greys. Now that I know this, next time, I will be able to avoid this and get 100% grey coverage. I will be saving over $100 every 5-6 weeks from now on, as I will be using eSalon from here on out. Orange RootsMy so called custom color turned my roots orange. They will not refund my money. Suppose to send me another color to cover it up it has not been shipped out yet. It has been a week already. So much goes for their guarantee, I'm going to file a BBB complaint. Better off researching and buying your color at the store.
