eSalon is the best!I think the key is to give your colorist ALL the information you can--and a photo in strong light so she/he can see what you're aiming for or against. Just perfectThe color came out just perfect. No brassy/coppery overtones as I continued washing my hair. I really like it and so did other people! Please send the same formula for my July order. Thank you so much for listening and hearing what I had to say. The saying I've heard is "I'm a beautician not a magician". But you are truly a magician. Absolutely AmazingDanielle, thank you for your recommendation based on info I submitted. I love, love, love my color. Did I say I love my color. Thank You eSalon!!!!My hair has been colored by myself or a proffessional for over 30 years. After retiring I started coloring my hair at home using my stylist's formula. Even with all the tweaks to formula over the years, there was still a harshness to my copper red color. I am amazed and delighted wih the formula provided to me by eSalon....they listened and got it absolutely right the very first order!! Fabulous colour every timeThank you to eSalon, fabulous colour and coverage every time. I am now on my 20th order and they have never let me down. I have many compliments about my colour. Easy and Amazing Color!This was my first time to use this product. I was skeptical at first as I have not had good luck with the typical box coloring at the store and yet the cost of having my stylist color my hair was too expensive. I was VERY pleased with this product; the ease in application; the instructions were clear and easy to follow; the attention by your staff to make sure my color was as close to my current color; and the cost was very reasonable!
