Nice color, but follow the directions carefully!The color is true to what I ordered. Be careful to follow the application process, however. After applying to my roots I forgot to wait one minute after applying the remaining color before I rinsed it out. I have 2-toned hair now because the second application did not have time to set. eSalon Delivers!Unlike other salon stylists, with eSalon I'm not arguing with a stylist about wanting more ash in the color. No, it doesn't wash me out. No, I don't need more red. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I've had 5 adjustments, each time with a bit more ash, and I love the results. At last, hair color support that lets me be the final judge. Amazing!These guys are so good at what they do! Perfect color every time. I'm on my 4th eColor application and have been very well satisfied each time. This last application, I decided I wanted to go darker, so I sent my request to my colorist, uploaded current photos, my colorist provided the new color formula, and it was perfect! Great product!!!When I used this the first time, it seemed healthy for my hair. I felt that it was GOOD for my hair. The hair dyes that I bought from the store turned my hair very dark and it took months to get my hair back in shape. It is hard to get the color right with over the counter products when you have red hair. But this product gets the color right and seems to condition too! It is a good thing for your hair!!! A real treat!!!
