Color and correction

My first experience was good but too dark and red! Colorist was great in reformulating my next batch to counter the red and suggested a clarifying shampoo to tone my current color down and lighten it. Vey satisfied with help.

My usual hairdresser moved away and I gave this a shot. Words cannot express how happy I am with the results. I will definitely be doing this again.

I couldn't believe how far the color went applying it. It felt good on my scalp. Almost all color burns and itches my scalp. I'm amazed it didn't. When the color was finished and I used the shampoo and conditioner it was awesome. My hair before the color felt wirerry and dry from store colors. My hair felt silky. It still feels soft and silky today. I like the end results of my color shade also.

Product package had all the things needed for an easy application and instructions were easy to follow. It covered my grey completely, the color was even throughout. I would like it a little lighter next time, but it was exactly what i ordered.
