Custom color setWell at first I wasn’t sure if I liked the color but after a while I decided I did like the color. How ever it’s been washing out of my hair and I’ve decided it’s too expensive to buy a color that does not stay in my hair.. Muy poco tinteEl color me gustó. Pero la cantidad es muy poca!! No me cubrió completamente y lo apliqué exactamente como lo indican. Me hubiera gustado que fuera un poco más. tengo bastante cabello. Pero el producto se ve bueno. Ahora quiero ver cuánto me dure el color. me quedaron partes más claras que otra porque no fue suficiente tinte. faltaba un poco más. quiero saber si me pueden mandar un frasco más grande de tinte si decidiera continuar ordenándoles ? I sent 3 email asking for a specific colour and I got the wrong oneHi , Very disappointed. I was in contact with 2 different consultant and I was very clear regarding my request: “ ash “ blonde . They suggested to me to change the colour and I said yes but need to be “ash” even if it is dark but I want cover my “ red roots “. I have received a dark blonde set that I don’t like and I don ‘t need it ! Sent 2 email , 5 days ago and I am still waiting for a response. I got the wrong colour and I am still waiting for an answer!I spoke with 2 different consultant and I was very clear about my request : “ ash “ blonde to cover my red roots . I Have received a dark blonde colour that I don’t like and I don’t need and no one is answering to me . I want change the colour ASAP .
