Love itI love that I do not have to spend so much time at a beauty shop. Being a teacher I am always looking to say time somewhere. So while my color is on I work on my school things. Not to mention, the color is great and I love the shampoo and conditioner. It’s great that it automatically is sent and you can change the day it is sent. So, I don’t have to worry about not having my color. I haven’t contacted any of the specialists on here but it’s great they are willing to call and talk to you anytime you need help. Great job guys. Have not been disappointed after 18 monthsI have not once been disappointed using Esalon, not once, since I started 18 months ago when I had to downsize and stop going to the salon. Any adjustments to my color, or questions regarding grey coverage have been answered promptly and with great satisfaction. I get comments all the time on how natural my color looks.
