PerfectIt's nice to know that you're getting the right color every time. The hair color doesn't irritate my scalp like the store box dyes. I've had the color tweaked a few times and still perfect. Great colour systemI've not dyed my hair at home for years and have long relied on salons - but prices have been creeping up to extortionate levels, so thought I'd give eSalon a try. The custom colour mix with DIY prices really appealed to me and I have to say I'm really impressed! From start to finish, the service was great - my colourist got in touch and checked I understood the hair colour outcome before they mixed and shipped my dye. The parcel was delivered WAY before the estimated delivery date, which was fab. It came really well presented, although some items had slipped out of their packing trays, but nothing was damaged and I liked that the tint wash I ordered was in a separate protective pouch, so if it did leak it didn't go on all the other products. Application of the dye was easy - the brush provided was brilliant and the two step process for all over colour was similar to my experience in the salon, so roots and ends are dyed properly.
