Not sure what happened this time but not too happyI just got my second color done and I’m disappointed. I requested better coverage, which appears to be there but my hair was left like straw!! I have never had a color dry my hair this way. I also lost huge chunks of hair!! I don’t know if they used a different brand of color or what, but the soft shiny hair that I got the first time went the complete opposite this time.
