Changing My Colour ChoiceI was really impressed at how quickly the colourist came back when I asked about lightening my tone. It had come out very dark that I wanted. I sent a photo of it and they were great - suggested that they could change it and what I could do to lighten it without using chemicals so that the lighter tone would look it's best. Hair looks alive and grays all covered!I just colored my hair yesterday with my customized kit and I am very pleased with the color that came out. It wasn't as light as I thought it would be but it has completely covered my grays and made my hair soft. The scent once rinsed out isn't as potent as other hair dyes I purchase over the counter. I had some previous lighter hair on my ends and it completely covered it. I do think they should provide a bigger bottle of shampoo and conditioner to use a second time or more since I have very thick long hair.
