Be prepared to wait weeks for deliveryThe product leaves your hair feeling great. The color is pretty good at first, but quickly fades and the grey coverage is not the best. The main reason why I canceled after only a few months was it took over 2 weeks to receive my color every time! It would list that the product shipped on my order date, but the method they use is not reliable. The last time, it "shipped" on June 10th and as of today, June 25th, I have yet to receive my color. I wanted to give another tryI really wanted to like this company but after trying the product again I was really let down. I put in the notes the color I wanted to achieve and the stylist didn't even read them and somehow I ended up with a way darker color. Even after reading the instructions twice. Shipping is so slow and my happy dyeing kit didn't even come with any shampoo or conditioner which was strange cause my first one did.
