Love the results, even my hair stylist noticed it and asked what color I used as it was very close to my color. I will most likely go a shade lighter.

Great experience...I ordered 1 level too dark so I contacted cs and they changed my order to dark blond. The color is rich with red and purple undertones. I get compliments all the time. Easy to use and great packaging. 100% satisfied on all levels of this purchase!

Clear instructions included in the kit, incorporating strand test and skin test instructions, good to know esalon are safety conscious. Easy to follow instructions for colouring hair plus everything provided e.g two pairs of gloves, stain remover and brush for application. The shampoo and conditioner smells lovely and really softens the hair. Really happy with the colour and that Paul tweaked it for me as the colour I had selected was too dark. Thank you from a happy customer.

I just colored. Exactly the color i wanted. I wanted a little bit darker and some red. It is perfect. I love the personalization and beautiful instructions. So much better than from the store.
