Not the color I wantedI wanted a reddish tent in my hair. Either copper or strawberry blonde. Was given medium blonde, my old hair color from like 2 year’s ago. Not very impressed. Then I sent a message letting them know they sent me the wrong color and I haven’t heard back. A perfect matchThis was my first eSalon purchase. My roots were out of control and I am not ready to return to a salon. The match was PERFECT, and the experience very easy. Application was no problem, instructions were clear, and it looks great, super natural. I accidentally included a typo in my email address when I first ordered, and emailing customer service was a quick and easy fix. Highly recommend.
