Color nowhere close to website imageI was really looking forward to this helping even out my hair color and was going for a darker shade of brown than my hair was with some copper. The roots color was supposed to be more medium brown and the ends more of the copper, which the formula showed it was. However, my roots came out lighter with more of the copper tone and my ends came out more ash brown. Hated the colorI gave a photo of my hair including my roots and current color, and clearly explained what I was looking for. The "colorist" gave me a color that was EXACTLY what I was trying to correct in my current color. Now it's a disaster and my hair looks horrible. I'll Continue Coloring my Hair at HomeI've been using this coloring kit for several months and love it. The color is so natural, with highlights and all. The color results are nothing like typical kits available in stores. It's gentle, provides natural multi-color tones, lasts several weeks, affordable and great customer service.
