Does not cover gray hairThe color did not cover they gray hair. After one day most of the gray was showing. Week later all the gray was back. Perfect color.I decided to change my previous color to a bit lighter and once again eSalon nailed it. I love this company! And customer service department are wonderful. I do not understand why people spend hundreds of dollars to Hair places when coloring your hair with eSalon products is very easy and so inexpensive. Perfect!!!!I worked with the colorist over the phone and described the color I was hoping to get. He took my feedback and produced the PERFECT color! The kit is very well organized and the directions are precise and easy to follow. My husband has become my hair stylist (I do the cutting and he does the color.)
