amazingly easy to follow directionsI appreciate the chance to communicate with a specialist regarding my wants, expectations and concerns while deciding on a color fit for me. I was nervous about being able to apply correctly but the kit included very easy to follow directions including pictures and the to do videos on the website. A Loyal CustomerBeen a customer for a year now and I must share how happy I am. The product is awesome and nothing I have ever used in the past compares to the results I now have. I have never received as many compliments on my hair since I have been coloring it myself. BEST EVERThis is an absolute must. You'll never go back to your previous regimen, even with your stylist. I've never had color last this amazing amount of time. Covers my stubborn gray COMPLETELY. The color was absolutely perfect. Looked amazingly natural on an older woman.I am 75 years old but my husband does not want me to go gray. I have always been a brunette, and I have noticed how obviously dyed dark hair looks on a person who would presumably be gray by now, especially where texture is involved. Amazing, long lasting colourI had read about esalon and as I’d been struggling to find the colour I wanted I thought I would give it a go. I’ve been a customer about 7 months now and could not be happier. I’ve been able to tweak the colour with my stylist and have the perfect shade I am always being complimented on.
