Turned my ash blonde hair RED! Good customer service.Requested ash or cool toned blonde and it made my hair strawberry colored! Called customer support and they sent me a correction kit at no charge, saying that I must process "warm". The new kit just maintained the red tone and didn't help. After two tries, I'm done, Always been an ash or cool toned medium blonde & in my experience they cannot provide a product for that color. Customer service is good. Not quite butEasy instructions to follow. The outcome after using the color was that the roots didn't blend well with the bottom. Bottom color is too light and red for what I was hoping for.
