Customer for 6 yearsSix years ago I ordered a deep auburn color with an emphasis on red but specifically said I did not want any of the purple that seems to be so prevalent with many of the over-the-counter auburn hair colors. I got an auburn that was absolutely perfect the first time. Six years later and I’m still using that exact same auburn shade and it’s the same today as it was all those years ago. I’m also glad I was smart enough to order the ends refresher because it makes the East off my hair darker and richer-not to mention shinier-so that it transitions my newly dark rich roots to the rest of my hair. I won’t lie… I hate doing my hair every six weeks. My hair is very, very curly and it’s a pain in the butt. But what I hate even more is spending $100 more than what I pay esalon to have someone apply the same exact color in the same exact same strength when I can do it myself for so much less. Professional color delivered to me for a fraction… And I mean a FRACTION of the cost of going to the salon. It’s worth every dime. You don’t have to believe my words… But you can’t argue with the six years that I’ve spent here.
