Great Custom ColorThis is a great custom color that addresses the concerns and needs I have specifically for my hair color and texture. Beyond my expectations :)This product help even out the the color between my roots and my processed blond hair. I was very impressed. Also there was more then enough product and I have long hair. I love my new hair colourThe process was easy and very satisfying from the very start. After filling-in the short questionnaire about the current status of my hair, my natural colour and the one I'd like to have, and uploading a photo of myself, I was contacted by my personal colourist Paul with a few questions to make sure everything is right. My package arrived in just a few days. The application was explained in detail and super-easy, and I loved the result. Even though the shade was a bit darker than expected (probably because I had gotten used to all the grey which made it look lighter) it was 100% me from the very start.
