Long term subscriberSuch a good deal; gone are the days when I had to waste hours in the beauty salon; "No I don't want coffee or wine! I just want my hair colored". Now I do my own. i have been a customer since 2013 and tell folks about it all the time. The color mix is great and the stylists flexible and readily respond to emails/comments. Reasonably priced. Easy to use. Everything included in the box that you need plus your first shampoo and conditioner. Color stays better than anything bought OTC. Rockin my New colorI went to a lighter color and I am so glad I did! My colorist helped walk me through going from a darker color to the lighter one. Actually it was two colors and they really helped a lot with their advice! Love love love my new color and I've gotten a lot of compliments!
