Followed the directions, the color didn't take.I know I have darker hair that is why I chose this company since its specifically tailored to you. EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH COLOROver the years, I have had my hair colored at the salon and at times, I've colored my hair myself at home. Refusing to be grey, my hair needs color every 4-5 weeks, It is expensive for salon color. A friend and former hair stylist uses eSalon regularly and introduced me to the product.
