Couldn’t be easier or prettierThis product is perfect and easy for home hair color. My hair grows out fast. The continuous time consuming touch up appointments were expensive and tiring. The results with this product is far and above any off the shelf box color. So glad I gave it a try!I ordered my color, then I began to second guessed my choices of doing so after reading a few reviews online that were negative. I’ve colored my hair in the past myself with beauty salon products and I was so nervous about doing this with only pictures and writing of my wishes. Well, I ended up calling once received to feel better about my choice and the lady was sweet but not too helpful, I told her I was nervous about using the products and she told me to just follow the instructions. Not completely satisfied with that answer, I shelved the box again for a week. Then seeing my need to color my roots and minimal grays, I called once again. I got a specialist and she discussed my fears, told me the colorist took all my stated fears into consideration already and explained everything in detail to me about how they do things. Now satisfied, I took the plunge and I am so glad I gave it a try! The color is exactly what I wanted. Hair feels healthy, looks shiny and I had plenty of color for my hair that goes mid to low back in length. I am very excited and know they are there to help if you need it.
