Wanted Blonde got redheadI am really annoyed. I thought we had corrected the problem from the first time, BUT NO! Now, I'll be going thru Christmas with flipping RED HAIR. and it is STILL TOO DARK!!!! How is this medium blonde, natural golden, IT IS RED. Colour is wrongI wanted a natural brown hair colour but they colour they sent me was terrible and turned me into a redhead! The customer service was good and they sent out another set free of charge with neutraliser in. Although improving the colour a bit, it is still red and so far from what I asked for. I wish I had just gone to a hairdressers.
