Great coverage and colorAfter many years of salon color and highlights. This year I had at least 6 inches of gray showing due to the Pandemic. I was going to let it just grow out but I got bored. I had used Esalon for many years before getting highlights and loved it. So I went back and I went darker. It covered all my very stubborn grays and my years of highlights. Maybe user errorI loved the color. I love everything measured out and packaged beautifully. It has been a while since I dyed my own hair and I feel like the roots turned out lighter than expected along with a couple random highlights that stayed blond when I was going for overall dark mahogany. I still love the color blend though and will order again but I also ordered right before Thanksgiving and it took a long time to get the product. Not worth itFollowed all the instructions, watched all the videos and the result was MUCH darker hair (brunette not dark blonde), not enough product, ineffective grey hair coverage, no response from esalon after sending feedback and pics.
