Color was not even closeI ordered medium blonde intense copper. The results turned out medium blonde with light brown tone. Very unhappy. I followed directions right and still turned out a ugly color. Had to go to the store and get blonde highlights to fix it. I would not recommend. horrible serviceI order this kit 2 times the first time it was beautiful came out great didnt cover the grey like I was hoping for but it was good. Then my husband set up a subscription for valentines day for me and got the Darkest brown with intense purple my the top of my hair turned light brown with a red tint and the rest of it was dark brown no purple at all drugstore purple box dye would off game me a better color then this. I got ahold.of Sarah and she was completely rude not helpful at all ended our chat in the middle of the conversation she went and turned off my plan without asking me if I wanted her I never told her to do that when I went in there to get a hold of the specialist they were offered me a free set so I could explain what happend and try again. Now let me tell you I dont care about the money it was 11$ to start with and much cheaper then a salon so money is not a issue I would even pay for shipping if I had thats not the issue the issue is that the customer service girl Sarah was TRIBBLE.. good luck in the future hopefully you never have to speak to her you won't get anything resolved 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Met my needs perfectlyI was a platinum blonde and my dark blonde roots were starkly growing out and I wanted to have less of an obvious regrowth. They sent me a kit that mostly focused on lifting the roots to a medium blonde and then the last few minutes to darken the platinum midshafts and ends. It came out perfectly! soft colour.I forgot what a lovely product this was,my freind helped me as my eye sight is not that great anymore, at first she said ,Oh! my goodness it is very dark...once it was washed and dried tghe colour was warm and exactly what i wanted. Beautiful even colourI hadn’t been to a salon since before the first lockdown so have been using various box dyes and different colours before eventually using a colour remover to get rid of all the build up. This had left me with light roots and ends and then a dark part in the middle where I’d previously had a black into copper balayage. As we are still in lockdown in Scotland my only choice was to go for another box dye but thank the lord I found esalon first. It seems to have worked a miracle in that my hair all looked the same beautiful rich colour and it felt like it was in great condition too. Very impressed!I usually use box dye, very occasionally go to a salon, and I have to say I am very impressed by the kit and the instructions. Beautiful color and shineI’m really happy with my latest color request from Esalon. I went with a more ashy brown with a subtle hint of mahogany.
