Poor CoverageI tried the product on myself and was very surprised of how poorly it covered, I read and followed the instructions to the letter but it totally failed to live up to my expectations. Due to how unsatisfied I was with the use of just one of your products I will not consider using anything else you produce and would ask you remove my details from your records with immediate effect. Décevant !La couleur est beaucoup plus foncé que mon choix, pourtant j'avais mis des photos. De plus j'ai des reflets roux (je déteste) alors que j'ai demandé un blond foncé doré.... Et pour finir, j'ai choisi de me colorer les cheveux pour camoufler les 5 ou 6 cheveux blancs qui sont apparus sur le haut de ma tête, mais ils vont bien, ils sont toujours là et beaucoup plus visibles vu que le reste des cheveux est beaucoup plus foncé ! Poor grey coverage and insufficient productI have hair that is just past my shoulders and quite thick. I had sent in a photo of my hair and emphasized the results i wanted to achieve. I had a friend help with application and it quickly became clear that there was not enough of the colour.
