Better than I could have imagined!I haven’t colored my hair at home since I was in high school. I was a bit nervous that the color would not look right or it would be a difficult process. My worries were completely unfounded. The process was super simple and my box contained absolutely everything I needed. The color turned out perfectly. My grays were covered and my color was even and exactly what I expected. I didn’t provide a photo to my colorist. I merely answered the questions. Fabulous!I'm a redhead and over the past couple of years as the greys have made their appearance, I've had such trouble finding the perfect shade. I love being a redhead and while I don't mind getting older, I wasn't quite ready to let go of my hair colour! I couldn't be happier with the custom colour eSalon prepared for me. Absolutely LOVE the color!!!I have never colored my hair at home. Always paid $200-$300 to have it professionally done in a salon. However, with the stay-at-home mandate and the timing of my appointments, I haven't been to the salon since February and I normally go every 8 weeks. I decided to try eSalon and am thrilled with the results! I LOVE the color that was mixed for me. Kudos to Paul C!!! Excellent job. I"m not a virgin anymore :)This was my first time coloring my hair and I have to say it went very well. I am very happy with the color! I have always wanted to go a little darker but have always resisted due to how quickly my grays start to show. Now that I can cover my gray roots when they need to be done I am more than willing to keep this darker color. Everything about it is fabulous!I love the packaging, everything is labeled. There's instructions and anyone can do this because of the ease provided with the packaging and instructions. Based off a photo my color matched perfectly to what is on my hair. I was surprised and amazed at that. The cost is reasonable, especially for the level of professionalism the color and shine is! My Hair Looks Gorgeous!I'm thrilled with my eSalon kit! It came within a few days, and when it did - I was blown away by how everything was so organized and customized (my name was on all items, too!). You get everything - color, activator, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, brush, stain guard and remover. The details are such that they even give you a little sticker to stick your instructions on the wall. Not being a skilled hair stylist - I did struggle painting on the color layer by layer by myself, even after quartering my hair. But it all landed well - and when I rinsed and washed after 30 mins - my roots were covered and matched PERFECTLY. Plus, they are silky and shiny! Shampoo and conditioner are amazing and smell great. As good as the salon!I can’t believe how great my color turned out! It was every bit as good as going to my salon without the expense! The shampoo and conditioner made my hair very silky and the step by step instructions were easy to follow. I left the color on a little longer than the 30 minutes recommended because my stylist always leaves it on for 45 minutes. DelightedSince the lockdown, I was panicking as I did not want to purchase hair dyes from the shops. I had a bad experience a few years ago, hair turned orange hence the reason why I started attending an Salon. So, I thought I would have a look on line to see if I could find a suitable and highly recommended website. So, after reading and reading, I finally decided on eSalon. This will now be my second purchase and happy to say I'm delighted. The item's are presented in a lovely box and you get proper gloves what a difference that makes. I have no complaints, I was really happy with the end result. I would also, recommend their weekly treatment (Conditioner) and the hair oil it keeps my hair soft all the time. Way happier now!I love how I can change my color. I love how fast I get my color. I do not like how thin the product WAS (see notes below) as it was messy and I had to spend time cleaning up drops of color stains on my bathroom and off my skin for days. Well guess what!? They LISTENED and the newest formula is so amazingly better!!! Very creamy now and although I am still sloppy with it, I had very little trouble applying this time! Now only that but the customer service saved me and was brilliant in helping me get exactly what I had been dreaming of! I am so so so happy now and can only hope to continue getting the same fabulous, gorgeous results every 6 weeks! My stylist tis time, Celine was so great, she even helped me get my light set kit figured out and although I am learning how to do them as its my 1st time, they are still beautiful! The only wish I had with it, is that there was more product for people like me, who have very long and thick hair. I could only put a few strands in 2 sections, when I wanted to add more but had no product left. All in ALL, I will say this is about as perfect as I am going to get from not going and spending a small fortune and an entire day at the hair salon, and everyone who has seen my hair is in AWE!!!!! THANK YOU CELINE and esalon!!!! You turned this girl around! Oh oh oh, also, I noticed with the changed formula, that my scalp was very sensitive afterwards...now that may be me, as I have sensitive skin but this time, it literally on the second wash, peeled my whole scalp. Not sure why, if there is harsher stuff that didnt agree with me or if the 30 minutes of wait time is maybe too long.....??
