Maybe its my hairI didn't really like the color they made for me, the roots were lighter than the rest of my hair for some reason. I'm not sure as to why the color wasn't as vibrant. It really looked dull and boring. The roots which was the darker of the two colors had almost a different color profile. It really looked like a messed-up box dye. I've colored my own hair many times before, and I didn't find this any better than my typical trip to sallys. So red!The color I received was so red it was brick red. I have dark brown and went with my original color. I was asked if I like red hue in which I do where it’s slight. Adding the developer and watching it turn red freaked me out but I thought well this is a different company. So I went ahead and tried it out and my goodness my hair turned super red. Extremely impressedHave been going to salon and spending $150 every six weeks for many, many years. When my salon closed during the COVID-19 pandemic a friend recommended eSalon..after horrible boxed drug store do it myself coloring I ordered my first set. The color came out amazing! I loved it and got immediate compliments.. covered all my gray something even my expensive salon color couldn’t do.. well here l am six weeks into my first eSalon hair experience and guess what STILL NO GRAY! Unbelievable! This is unreal. I just received my new box, beautifully packaged and I don’t even need it! My color is still beautiful and my hair hasn’t looked or felt better in 20 years. Love!I love the color of my hair. I will keep using it and recommend it to my friends. I’ve used it only once and had difficulty coloring my gray. But esalon is working with me to perfect this. You cannot get this kind of help buying over the counter color at the drug store. Second attempt! Eureka! eSalon adjusted my order for me because the first color did not totally cover my gray. I colored my hair last night. It is PERFECT! Thank you eSalon. What ever adjustment you made, has made me very very happy. Happy tears!I've been at home colouring for ages, and it has gone terribly wrong. I came across eSalon while doing a search of how to save hair and I am SO happy I did. I LOVE LOVE the colour and for the first time in literally a year it is all the same colour! My roots and ends match!
