Wonderful and Easy to do!I have never colored my hair myself (well, at least not since college and I'm now retired!) and I was scared to death to try this product. However, I am so glad I did. The color is fantastic, the videos show you exactly what to do and the product arrives on time. You will also get a chance to change your selection a week or so before your next shipment. Absolutely PerfectI loved every bit of this product. From the box it comes in with your name on it. Personally sent for me. I chose a light brown color at first and talked to my stylest Jennifer and came up with a medium Golden brown. The smell of the product was so good. No ammonia smell at all. Easy to work with, great rich color.I didn't expect much for my trial attempt with e-salon's product. However I was very pleased! The color is rich and professional and easy to use. Everything i need comes in the shipment. Next time I've requested just a wee bit more of vibrant violet in the color, The phone colorists have all been great to work with and to modify per my requested preferences.
