Perfect Base Color (again)This was my first kit from eSalon and the ordering process was easy. the base color is really lovely- exactly what I wanted. After following instructions to the T, my hair looked good but felt dry. I emailed my colorist and she sent me the repair conditioner. I'll review that apart from this. I have had better gray coverage from Matrix but I like the color so much and the Cust. Service was so good that I'm going to give it another go. Overall this was a very good experience- I have my 1st auto ship arriving this week. I wanted to leave another review but it looks like I can just update this 1. My 1st auto shipped has arrived and eSalon Customer Service is incredible! This 2nd kit showed that they read , listen and remember. My hair looks AND Feels fabulous!! just wow!I was skeptical about purchasing a color online ...but with the introductory price of 12 $ and lots of good reviews I decided to give it a try. I was extremely happy...all the tools were provided to complete the color and it was fun picking a color from the huge range of choices. My color choice covered my gray perfectly and left my hair so soft and shiny, and it lasted a long time ! Love the coverage and color!I have been coloring my own hair for almost a year using a drugstore color. The drugstore color was pretty but never lasted long even though it was called a permanent color. Immediately after coloring it would look like it was fading after one wash and I always use a sulfate free color friendly shampoo. I colored my hair yesterday and Immediately after using my eSalon color I knew this was a great product. The color is so rich, has depth to it and matched perfectly. I put in my information with pictures and included the the type/number of the drugstore color I was using hoping to receive something similar and they hit the nail on the head.
