Washes out and does not cover grey also made my hair brassyI’m most unhappy your first box washed out and didn’t colour greys so I had to buy a colour in the meantime you sent me a free one which I couldn’t use straight away as I had just coloured my hair. Wrong colors sentI spoke with someone about my hair and what we should do with the color. She had me do 2 Demi colors and they were not even close to the colors we spoke about. Awesome color!!I changed my color this time to be lighter than the previous one and it was just what I wanted. I love this so much because everything I need is in the box from the color to the gloves. Absolutely LOVE this!I've never enjoyed coloring my hair but I'm too vain to not cover the gray! :-) Store-bought products never quite gave me the results I wanted but they did cover the gray hair for a few weeks. My first order from eSalon was amazing! Just opening the box was like unwrapping a present! Gray blendingAfter several adjustments and conversations with a few colorists since last year, I'm finally getting my desired hair color. Part of this was that the very first color mix was lost in translation and all the others were adjustments in trying to make the proper correction. Now I can finally say I am beginning to achieve my initial desired results.
