Fantastic!I love this, from start to end. Everyone has been wonderful, my hair does not get that dried over-processed feel after I use my custom color set. I have mentioned to my consultant that I would like to try a slight lighter shade and adjustments have already been made, fingers crossed because I was a little nervous about going lighter. The packaging is thought out nicely with personal touches, clear instructions, and another great touch is that you can watch how to videos.
