Lockdown lifesaver!I first turned to esalon whilst unable to get to a hairdresser for hair colour during lockdown. I was very impressed with the thorough nature of the initial questionnaire, the very reasonable price, the speed of the delivery and the ease of application of the customised hair colour. After my initial colouring, I was able to liaise with my colourist online and tweak the colour so that the second customised colour was slightly different & I LOVED it. You NAILED IT !!Paid big bucks at salon for this color when they could get it right. Always inconsistent especially when gray was pervasive. So I was leery if this would work since I've never let gray get as overwhelming as now since Covid 3+ months. But lo and behold!! Esalon got it perfect 1st time so EZ! So impressed!!
