Colour wasn’t for me but you can’t fault the productThe hair colourist ( my partner) armed with the colour supposedly did a “pass” of the job on my hair( according to my hairdresser today). The colour has lasted ... I just need to find the right colour for me. Would highly recommend this product to anyone seeking to avoid the salon and the salon price tag. I finally have the perfect colorAfter just three boxes, I got the hair color that I wanted. For some reason, every time I went to a beauty salon it was very difficult to get a good hair color for me. But with esalon, I just need to tell the colorist very little instructions. A little bit lighter, and more cooper, and that was it. I am in love with my color. Custom Color SetIt's pretty cool opening the box and seeing my name on the color bottle. It is easy to apply, instructions are clear, and I like my color. I have had them tone down the color and it is really easy to send the message to the colorist and even pictures so that they know what you are talking about. I do miss the 2 sets of gloves though!!!
