First time user - so pleased!My first time coloring with eSalon. Not only am I pleased with the color and condition, but the eSalon person (Mindy) who assisted me was fantastic. My hair is probably 75% gray/white naturally, but I needed to perk myself up. I had a stroke some months back and have lost tremendous amounts of hair. Trauma seems to do that to me. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. I was nervous because I had kept it "platinum" for several years because of all the white - until the stroke. I wanted to get close to my "natural" color -- a medium blonde with a definite reddish cast. I love it. Lots of fringe coming back in after the trauma, thankfully.
