Big mistakeIt was the biggest mistake I've ever made to order personalised color. I am blond and usually going for light highlights or Bright warm colours. I decided to order from this company as it looked legit. Turned out that color they sent me was red instead of light blond. Not only this - dye almost burned my scalp. Healthy, but dissapointing colour!I had such high expectations, particularly as my hair is quite lightened anyway. Much darker than expected, have discussed with customer services, and re-formulating colour. However condition was lovely, and super easy to apply!
